The Unlimited Duzi Canoe Marathon

The LROC will again be involved with the Duzi (22^nd year) and we require members, friends, cousins and others to assist over the 3 days with traffic control at key spectator points. Able to spare some time and help out on the largest 3 day canoe marathon in the world, then give George a call.

LROC KZN 23^rd AGM

The BIG EVENT of the Year. This year we are going to Killarney 4x4 Track in the Shongweni Valley for the LROC 23^rd AGM. It’s a camp over weekend with the AGM to be held on Saturday at 15h00 followed by a spit braai. More info below

Baynesfield Museum to Museum Forest Trail

Baynesfield to Malcom Anderson museum. The trail will be on forest tracks and dirt roads (grade 2/3) and will follow part of last years trail with a new scenic section added. There will be a charge as per the last few years and all monies will be donated to the museums. More info on the route to follow.

Tembe Elephant Park

Camp over in the big 5 Game Park, in an area out of bounds to day visitors to the park. The Tembe trip is fully booked but not all have paid, so there may be a spot of two becoming available.

Cars in the Park, Pietermaritzburg. Our annual event to show off the LROC and attract new members. For those who have not been to Cars in the Park, its an exhibit of motoring history by the various Cars Clubs. It’s a day to socialize with other LROC members and enjoy the hundreds of cars on display
